Before you go and enjoy the holidays, here are a few new features we’ve released in Front. We’re also actively working on a new desktop app to fix some email sending issues a few of you have recently reported. We’ll keep you posted as soon as it’s live.
You can now build a form (like this) on your website and configure it so messages arrive directly in a Front inbox. The look of the form is also entirely customizable (using CSS). Here is how to set up a form inbox in Front.
With the Front + Chatra integration, you can live chat with your customers directly from Front. In addition, Chatra has developed a plugin where you can view Chatra information about the customer while responding.
