Chat faster with the "quick reply" composer
Our streamlined message composer will help you respond faster to Intercom, Smooch, Twilio SMS, and Facebook conversations. You’ll see the new quick reply composer for these channels automatically.
Here's what's new for Intercom, Smooch, Twilio, and Facebook:
- An option to enable "Enter to send" to send replies by hitting Enter on your keyboard
- Conversations aren't archived automatically when you use "Enter to send", so you can easily send multiple replies
- Use up and down arrows to navigate your conversation list quickly – hit "r" to open the composer and "esc" to close it
New ways to use Salesforce in Front
Work faster with our updated Salesforce integration 🎊 Create and convert Salesforce leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities, and cases – right from Front. Tasks and activity history are simple to update in a new, easy-to-navigate design.
Connect your Office 365 shared mailboxes
Now, it’s easy to manage Office 365 shared mailboxes in Front. Admins can connect Office 365 accounts in a few clicks under Settings > Inboxes > Add a team inbox, and messages will begin syncing immediately.
Close JIRA issues to open linked conversations
Use the tag menu to create new JIRA issues or link Front conversations with existing ones. Now, when you close an issue in JIRA, Front will re-open its linked conversations — so you can follow up to let customers know the issue was resolved.
