API Support

We're moving to Front from Enchant HQ - a support ticket system.

But, before we exit Enchant we're struggling to extract the ticket history so we have record of communication. It requires enhanced API knowledge.

We'd like to put the ticket history into Front, but it is not a requirement. 

Can anyone recommend a developer that works with Front API and could take a look at my situation? I'd be very grateful.

  • take a look at zappier, they might look the mapping from you app to front you are looking for.

  • Hi Tom, this is late but just in case you're still in need of help I'd be happy to talk.  We are looking at becoming partners with Front and are familiar with the API.
