New training sessions
Our Customer Success team has been hard at work developing live training sessions to help you get the most out of Front:
- Introduction to Front: learn how to work with your team in Front — a great overview for new users
- Master your Workflow: an advanced training to help you get even more out of Front (a next step beyond "Intro to Front"!)
- Just for Admins: get an overview of admin controls, guidance for setting up your Front instance, and help onboarding your team
- Measure Productivity with Analytics: hands-on help with Front Analytics and insights into how to improve your team's performance over time

Sort your inbox by waiting time
Want to keep messages that have been waiting longest for a reply at the top of your inbox? Click your inbox sort options and choose Oldest Unreplied. New inbound messages will be listed below messages from customers that have been waiting to hear back.
Log out idle users automatically for more security
Use this setting to log out users after a certain amount of idle time, especially if your team shares devices. Set this timing in Settings > Company > Preferences, or choose "Never" to always keep users logged in.
Customize your undo send timing
Choose how long Front gives you to stop a message from being sent. Head to Settings > My Inboxes or Inboxes, and choose your undo send timing for each channel. Your team can set undo send timing for their private inboxes, too.
⚡Support for Team API tokens
If you’re using Teams (available on Enterprise plans), you can now use the Front API to manage resources for a specific Team. We’re also working on an update to allow you to control individual inboxes with the APl — we’ll let you know when it’s ready.
