Customer not @mentioned by default on 2nd Twitter response

When responding to a customer via a Twitter channel, if the response is going to require multiple tweets, subsequent tweets don’t begin with the customer’s @username like the first reply did.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Receive a tweet in a Twitter channel
  2. Reply to the tweet from Front
  3. Reply again

Expected result: The second reply should begin with the @username  of the original tweet

Actual result: The second reply body starts out completely blank, requiring you to manually enter the @username.
