How to create a rule
The video above and the example below give two examples of individual rules. More information about understanding team and individual rules can be found in the Understanding rules article.
Go into your Settings and select Rules. In this example, we'll create an individual rule, so click Add an individual rule.
For this example, I want to set up an out-of-office reply to go out to all of my incoming emails.
This rule is stating that any inbound message into Cori's inbox will be sent the canned response Out of office reply only once. Once your rule is complete, click Save.
