How to connect to the Meya integration
Like other integrations, you need to be an admin in order to enable the Meya integration.
Meya is the easiest way to build and host amazing bots. Bots can be used in many different ways to improve your day-to-day workflows. Meya helps with the mechanics of bot building so you can concentrate on the fun stuff and make something special.
Log in to your account via the Meya website, and click Create a bot!
Select which bot you want to clone, and click Select.
Name your bot, and click Create bot!
You should see Front listed under the Customer service integrations. Click Add.Step 5

Select an existing inbox or create a new inbox at the bottom, and click Save (at the top).Step 8
Your integration should have saved! Now, scroll down to copy the rule target webhook.Step 9
Now, you'll need to enable the Webhooks integration in Front.
Once you've enabled the Webhooks integration, select Settings, Rules, and Add a team rule. The triggers should include Inbound message, Conversation assigned, and Conversation un-assigned. The conditions will refer to the inbox you just created, and the resulting action will be Send to a Webhook, where you will paste the webhook you copied from Meya. Then Save the rule.Step 11
Now you'll go back into Meya and copy the plugin endpoint.Step 12
Go back into Front, and select Plugins & API. Click Add a plugin.
Give your plugin a name, paste the plugin endpoint, and click Save.
The setup is complete! You can now test your plugin by going back into Meya, select Bot studio, and send a test message.
