How to create a new analytics report
Like integrations, you need to be an admin in order to access analytics.
Analytics allows you to get information about your team's performance. By default, Front will show you metrics about all of your team inboxes. However, you can easily create reports to filter on a subset of your inboxes and tags. Keep in mind, all reports are visible to all Front admins on your team.
Go into your Analytics and select the + sign.
You will be prompted to name your report and select inboxes and/or tags.
Once your report is set up, you'll be able to view metrics for that specific inbox and/or tag.
