Measure productivity with analytics
Wondering how quickly your team is getting back to customers, or how often messages about a certain tag are coming up?
Analytics help you get the full picture of what’s going on in Front.
Reports are divided into four main topics:
- Conversations: Learn about your team’s busiest days and times, or track how tags are being used
- Team: Look at response and reaction times for individual teammates
- Productivity: Get performance metrics at the team-wide level
- Customers: See who engages with your team the most
Open Analytics by clicking the bar graph icon in your lower left icon tray. From there you can create a new report by clicking the plus sign and choosing the specific inboxes or tags you want to look at.
